need a small grid tie in system for use in bahamas…will consider wind and solar…we have plenty of both..ideas?

the VAWT in my opinion is the better wind turbine, they have better start up speeds and they give up to 10% better efficiency. they look different to standard turbines and planning permission for them is somehow easier to get
